I’ve emailed them twice about how I received products that are missing things. It’s been about a week now and no one has reached back out to me. Then going through my email, they have the audacity to send me an email saying, tell us how much you loved your jewelry or some nonsense. So your customer service emails don’t get checked or answered, but automated emails asking for good reviews get sent out left and right. Well, here it is. I ordered two necklaces for Mother’s Day. Matching ones for my daughter and her step mom. It’s called a birthstones and FLOWERS necklace. Neither one of them have flowers on them and my girlfriend didn’t get a gift for Mother’s Day. Customer service is absolutely appalling. They send me the wrong order, I reach out to get it fixed and get ignored. Guaranteed they reach out after this bad review though. That’s the type of company this is I guess. Sad really. The mix up would have been fine if they just rectified it. Instead, they’ve chosen the path we’re on now. What if I wanted to return these and get my money back? I can’t even get into contact with someone to do that. So I’m stuck with sub-par jewelry that can’t be worn. Just think twice before you order from here.

Absolutely beautiful! I ordered the birthstone and birthflower necklace for my mom’s birthday, and she was in tears when she saw it. The quality is amazing, and the personalization makes it so special. It’s delicate, meaningful, and she wears it every day. Highly recommend for a heartfelt gift!
